Yesterday as a group we all took our different pictures with our different backgrounds. For the equipment we used a pop up white screen and a Mac laptop with a portable projector.
Good start with the test shoot. The moving shots are a nice idea but you need to change the settings on your camera. Try a variety of costumes - possibly accessories or props? Try using some striking make up as your theme is more nightime/club than the others.
